I was here very often since my 1st USA-Trip in 1978. The triangle Big L.A. -> San Francisco -> Las Vegas/Nevada -> San Diego -> L.A. is very special. L.A. is the City of The Beach Boys, CA is US state & state of mind at the same time, just he Golden State ! Las Vegas in Nevada - I love the very hot & dry desert summers there, Gambling unlimited is FUN, also in Reno near Lake Tahoe. By the way - I got married in Reno in the summer of 1988, it was my 2nd marriage - but all over !

My 1st visit was in 1978, too. From 2000 - 2003 I was here every summer. Vegas is FUN pure, whereever you are. I love the hot dry summers, Gambling is duty, The Strip like a showcase. I saw Siegfried & Roy 2x within 8 years before that accident happened. The buffets in the hotels are gorgeous and cheap as all-you-can-eat. In concerts I saw The Beach Boys in the 80s, CCRevisited, Michael McDonald, The Righteous Brothers, The Platters & The Drifters & The Coasters, a musical with Sheena Easton, a great Beatles copy & more. In 1988 I had my 1st suite in a hotel, the Imperial Palace. Hot spot Death Valley is not far away and always awesome to go there or cross it. UFO-spot Rachel near Area 51 northwest of Las Vegas saw me once but I met no Aliens that day.
